Zapier Is Hiring a Senior Motion Designer (EMEA, Remote)

If you're a motion designer who thinks in systems as much as aesthetics, Zapier's Brand Studio is worth a look. The team sits inside Marketing but works across brand, product, and enterprise positioning — and they're looking for someone in the EMEA region to help define how Zapier comes to life in motion across every surface it occupies.

This isn't a role where you're executing someone else's vision. Brand Studio is a small team with real ownership, and the expectation is that you'd help build the motion infrastructure — tools, templates, systems — that lets other teams across the company ship motion work without needing a designer in the room every time. Day to day, you'd be collaborating with brand designers, product marketers, web and social teams, and occasionally external production agencies on bigger projects. The ability to move from a UI frame or a brand brief to a finished story that actually lands is central to what they're after.
