StockX Is Hiring a Remote Apparel Category Manager
StockX wants a deep-in-the-culture apparel expert to own category growth for a new commerce initiative — fully remote from anywhere in the US.
If you eat, sleep, and breathe streetwear and fashion resale, StockX has a role worth a look. The marketplace — known for sneakers but increasingly serious about apparel — is hiring a Category Manager to lead its fashion vertical as part of a new, high-priority commerce push.
The position isn't a generalist marketing gig. StockX wants someone who genuinely lives inside apparel culture: someone who understands both the primary and secondary market, knows the key sellers and creators, and can speak credibly to designers and community figures. The idea is to blend commerce with storytelling and cultural relevance, not just move inventory.
Day to day, the role means being the internal go-to expert on apparel trends and economics while also being the outward face of StockX to sellers, creators, and tastemakers. You'd be responsible for driving supply growth, seller engagement, and overall GMV for the category — a lot of ownership for one person, but that's the point.
It's a fully remote position based in the US, so location flexibility is built in — handy if your understanding of fashion culture comes partly from actually moving around and experiencing it firsthand.
