Remote Google Ads Role: Own the Accounts, Skip the Bureaucracy
Florida-based DTC brand Egear is hiring a senior Google Ads buyer who can run campaigns solo — no layers, no hand-holding, just results.
If you're a performance marketer who'd rather be in the accounts than in meetings, this kind of role is worth paying attention to. Egear, a direct-to-consumer company selling health, smart device, and outdoor products, is looking for someone to fully own their Google Ads operation — Search, PMax, Demand Gen, the whole stack.
The expectation is simple: you build campaigns, you scale what's profitable, and you fix what isn't. There's a Friday reporting cadence and direct access to decision-makers. What there isn't is a manager checking your work or a team to pass things off to. If you need that structure, this probably isn't your fit.
On the experience side, they want someone who has handled at least $30K per month in Google Ads spend, ideally on DTC or ecommerce offers in the US market. Familiarity with RedTrack — or a comparable third-party attribution tool — is a real requirement, not a nice-to-have. They use it for postbacks, sub-parameters, and offer-level tracking, so you'll need to hit the ground running.
One detail that stands out: they explicitly want someone who uses AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini — as a normal part of their daily workflow. Not as a party trick, but as a genuine productivity layer. That's increasingly common in performance marketing shops that move fast and stay lean.
For nomads with a strong paid media background, fully remote roles like this can be a solid fit — high autonomy, clear metrics, and no commute to a Florida office required.
