QuickMail Is Hiring a Solo Tech Support Pro Who Owns It All
Email tool QuickMail needs one person to handle all customer support end-to-end — no hand-offs, no scripts, just real problem-solving.
If you're a technical support person who hates being stuck in a queue-management role, this one's worth a look. QuickMail, a cold email platform headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, is looking for a single person to own all customer support across both QuickMail and its deliverability add-on, Mailflow.
There's no tiered support structure here. You're the only contact point for customers, which means you actually see problems through to resolution rather than passing tickets along. You'll dig into accounts via an internal support dashboard, reproduce issues yourself, and then decide both how to fix things and how to explain them clearly to the customer.
The work itself leans technical. Expect questions around email deliverability, DNS configuration, LinkedIn automation, and campaign setup. You'll also run health checks on the system, test new features before they go live, and lead a weekly team meeting — so communication and organization matter as much as technical chops.
The role also has a real feedback loop built in. You'll be talking directly to the founder about where customers are hitting friction and where the product could improve. That's unusually direct influence for a support role. The team is fully remote and spread across time zones, with written guides and checklists covering routine tasks so expectations are clear.
