Kyro AI Is Hiring a Remote SDR Outside the US

A Texas-based utility tech startup is looking for an experienced sales rep to work remotely — just not from the US.

Kyro AI, based in Plano, Texas, builds workforce management software for electric utilities and the contractors who help restore power after major storms. The company spun out of Think Power Solutions, which means it brings genuine industry credibility to what is otherwise a fast-moving product startup.

They're currently hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative for a remote role, with one catch: applicants must be based outside the United States and available to work Central Time business hours. If you're a digital nomad or remote worker already living abroad, that setup might suit you well.

The role calls for one to three years of B2B sales experience in an SDR or BDR capacity. You'd report to the Product Manager for Growth and get direct access to company leadership, including the CEO — the kind of visibility that's rare at larger organizations.

The product suite you'd be selling includes StormShield for storm restoration workflows, a contractor invoice factoring product called Kyro Capital, and an AI assistant called KORY. It's a niche but genuinely useful space — utility restoration after disasters is a regulated, high-stakes industry where good software actually matters.
