Baymard Institute Is Hiring a Remote Data Analyst
Denmark-based UX research firm Baymard Institute is looking for a full-time remote analyst to lead quantitative consumer studies from start to finish.
If you have a background in survey research and want to dig into how people actually shop online, this role is worth a look. Baymard Institute — known for its deep-dive ecommerce UX research — is hiring a Market Research Data Analyst to join its fully remote team.
The company runs a B2B SaaS platform used by more than 2,000 retailers, brands, and agencies in over 80 countries, including a large share of Fortune 500 ecommerce operations. With around 60 people spread across Europe and the Americas, it's a mid-sized distributed team with a clear research focus.
The analyst role centers on quantitative survey studies: you'd handle everything from designing the questionnaire to running fieldwork, crunching the numbers, and publishing the findings. Studies rotate across different industries and topics, so the subject matter stays fresh even while the research process stays consistent. Each study runs roughly three months before the cycle starts again.
It's a solid fit for someone who likes methodical, repeatable work but gets bored covering the same topic forever — variety in content, structure in process. The position is full-time and fully remote.
